GiftMyAI is designed so you can create a personal AI gift without sharing your AI login or private chat history with us.

When you purchase a gift, our payment provider may collect your name, email address, billing details, and payment information. GiftMyAI does not receive or store your full card number. If you contact support, we receive the information you include in that message.
Gift personalization
Names and notes entered in the GiftMyAI gift builder are used to create your digital gift. The current builder processes that personalization in your browser. You should not enter confidential, medical, financial, or other highly sensitive information in a gift message.
Payments and service providers
Stripe processes checkout and payments under its own privacy policy. Our hosting and security providers may process basic technical data, such as IP address, browser type, requested pages, and timestamps, to deliver and protect the website.
How information is used
We use information to complete purchases, deliver gifts, provide support, prevent fraud, maintain the website, understand basic site performance, and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell your personal information.
Retention and choices
Purchase and support records are kept only as long as reasonably needed for customer service, accounting, fraud prevention, and legal requirements. You may request access, correction, or deletion where applicable by contacting us.
Children
GiftMyAI is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
