These terms explain what you receive when you purchase and use a GiftMyAI digital gift.

GiftMyAI sells small, interactive digital experiences designed to be opened or continued in a conversational AI service. A purchase grants you a personal, non-transferable license to use the delivered gift for personal, noncommercial purposes.
What you need
You are responsible for access to a compatible conversational AI and for following that service’s rules. AI responses vary by product, model, settings, and conversation context. We cannot guarantee a particular response, permanent memory, or compatibility with every AI.
Entertainment only
GiftMyAI experiences are imaginative entertainment. GiftMyAI does not claim that an AI system is conscious, sentient, emotionally affected, or capable of legally owning property. Gifts are not professional, medical, legal, financial, or mental-health advice.
Acceptable use
You may not resell, redistribute, scrape, copy at scale, reverse engineer, or use GiftMyAI content to create a competing catalog. You may not use a gift to harass others, violate law, infringe rights, or submit harmful or unlawful content to an AI service.
Purchases
Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars unless checkout states otherwise. Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Any applicable taxes we collect are included in the displayed price. Refund eligibility is described in our Refund Policy.
Age and authority
You must be at least 18 years old, or have permission from a parent or legal guardian, to make a purchase. By purchasing, you represent that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.
Service changes and liability
We may improve, replace, or discontinue gifts or features. To the fullest extent allowed by law, GiftMyAI is provided “as is,” and our total liability for a claim related to a purchase will not exceed the amount you paid for that purchase. Some jurisdictions do not permit every limitation, so those limitations apply only where lawful.
